As the year draws to a close, I take this moment to reflect on my accomplishments, the areas where I fell short, the proud moments, and those that perhaps didn’t shine as brightly. Amidst this introspection, I am focusing on Identifying my OLW (One Little Word) that will shape my path in 2025. Surprisingly, the word that resonates with me once again is “Intention.”

Recently, I came across a compelling graphic and quote crafted by The Strategy Lab x Emma Kate Co. that truly struck a chord within me. It’s that kind of moment that stops you in your tracks and demands attention. Having intention is one thing, but truly embodying it demands much more; otherwise, it remains a mere abstract notion confined within boundaries. Clarity, unwavering focus, vocalizing your intentions, and then forging ahead with determination are the essential ingredients to elevate yourself in any aspect of life or endeavor.
