So life isn’t perfect. Right? Clearly, you don’t need much of a higher education, bachelors, masters or PhD to figure that out. This is what’s good about Intention. I am doing a quick check in before I head to the gym to get the rest of my 10000 steps in for the day. That’s the intention, 10000 steps a day at least five days a week. So there is no need to sweat it. There’s no need to flip out that I have blogged in what a week? Two? Being rattled will only lead to more rattle and I’m just not going down that road, not today anyway. So I’m on my way to the gym.
But, before I go, I did want to get in a quick show and tell to my blog. Jeri helped me with my dashboard and header and widgets and all sorts of cool things today to make my blog that thing that you want to check in and look at, read, consider and take a look at.
I’ll do a better job this weekend and should have something more profound to say after say the Broncos win Super Bowl XLVIII!
